Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices displayed at the time of order apply. All prices include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and, unless otherwise stated, are borne by the Customer.

Shipping within Germany: EUR 5.90 flat rate per delivery. Free shipping within Germany for orders over EUR 100.00.

EU (premium shipping): EUR 12.90 – free for orders over EUR 200.00.

Switzerland (premium shipping): EUR 16.90 – free for orders over EUR 200.00.

Other countries (premium shipping): EUR 30.00.

Taxes and Customs

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties are collected by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs directly upon delivery. The fees depend on the items ordered. For questions, please contact Swiss customs directly.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to further import taxes and customs duties at the expense of the recipient. We recommend contacting the relevant customs authority in advance.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified delivery address. We endeavour to deliver your order in a single shipment. Should a partial delivery be necessary, no additional costs will be incurred.

Goods marked as available will be handed over to a shipping company no later than the third business day after full payment has been received. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days.

If an item is not available within the stated period, we will inform you of the earliest possible delivery date or reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
