Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. All prices include the legally valid value added tax. Shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The shipping costs within the Federal Republic of Germany amount to a flat rate of 5.90 EUR. These are generally incurred for each delivery.

EU: For delivery to Austria we charge a flat rate of 11.99 EUR per order.

Switzerland: For delivery to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of 16.99 EUR per order.

Customs fees to Switzerland are charged by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs upon delivery. The fees depend on the ordered items. If you have any questions about customs fees, please contact Swiss customs directly.

Depending on the payment options, all our goods will be shipped only after payment has been received.

Delivery Transport

The delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify.

If possible, you will receive the goods in a single shipment. If for technical or logistical reasons your order is divided into several partial deliveries, you will not incur any additional costs.

We hand over goods, which are marked as deliverable in the online store, at the latest on the third working day after receipt of the complete purchase price (including VAT and shipping costs) to a transport company of our choice. We assume that a delivery of the goods to addresses within Germany takes about 2-4 working days.

If an item is not available within the specified period, we will inform you of the fastest possible delivery date or expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
