A. Withdrawal Policy
Scope
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item. After this period has expired, the right of withdrawal lapses – a withdrawal declared after this point can no longer be validly made.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We strongly recommend using the model withdrawal form at the end of this page – this ensures your withdrawal contains all necessary information and can be processed without delay. Use of the form is not required by law but is expressly recommended.

You may also submit the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically via our website https://s-shaped.com/pages/retouren. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the purchase price of the returned goods. Delivery costs will not be refunded. The reimbursement will be made no later than fourteen days after we have received and inspected the goods for integrity.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
"1+1 Free" Promotion and Free Items
In the "1+1 free" promotion, the paid and the free item form an economic unit. Withdrawal is only possible if both items are returned together.
If the free item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value at the sales price valid at the time of order from the reimbursement amount.
Free items are not independent purchase contract items. Statutory warranty rights therefore only apply to them if the free item is subsequently charged at the sales price.
Partial Withdrawal on Promotional Purchases
In the case of promotional purchases (e.g. discount promotions, quantity promotions or the "1+1 free" promotion), the items purchased form an economic unit. A partial withdrawal – i.e. withdrawal of individual items while retaining others – is only permissible if the conditions of the respective promotion continue to be met after the partial withdrawal. If this is not the case, the withdrawal must cover all promotional items.
General Notes on Returns
Please avoid damage and soiling of the goods. If possible, return them in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable protective packaging.
Please do not return goods carriage unpaid.
The above notes are not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
