Can the order be cancelled?

You can cancel or change the order in your customer account until the shipment. After shipping you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation.

What payment methods does s-shaped.com accept?

We accept worldwide Paypal, major credit cards and bank transfer (prepayment).

When will the order be shipped if I pay in advance?

We ship your order on the day we receive your payment. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take about 1-3 business days and from non-EU countries up to 7 business days.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the EU usually takes 2-5 business days. Outside the EU, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. When exporting/importing the ordered goods, there may be delays due to customs.

What are the shipping costs?

All prices are final prices and include the legal sales tax:

Standard shipping Germany 5,90 €

Premium shipping EU 14,90 €

Premium shipping Switzerland 16,90 €

Premum shipping other countries 29,90 €

Can the order be tracked online?

We ship the goods exclusively with tracking number for online tracking. You will find it in the automatic shipping confirmation you receive by email.

Are the goods insured during shipping? What happens in case of loss?

We are fully liable for the shipping to you according to legal regulations. However, in case of possible loss, we will need up to 14 business days to investigate and locate the package if necessary before providing a replacement.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

General information about returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

2. The goods must be unworn and unwashed. No stains or signs that it has been worn or washed.

3. All items will be inspected before being accepted.

The buyer/ client must pay for any loss in value of the merchandise if such loss in value is due to handling the merchandise in a manner not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics and operation of the merchandise.

4. Credit notes are only issued for returns that have been received in full. This also includes the promotional goods sent by us, which are available with certain products. The promotional merchandise (free items) is tied to the purchase of a specific product.

5. Orders that were placed and shipped separately cannot be returned in a single return.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

The cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the consumer.

Will the invoice amount be refunded in full?

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. The refund will be made including shipping costs to the same account, paypal account, credit card etc that you used. In case of a partial revocation*, the outgoing costs will not be refunded.

*If a customer cancels only a part of his order, it is a so-called partial cancellation.

How long does the refund take?

Depending on which shipping service you used for your return, it may take between 7 - 14 days (excl. weekends & holidays) for us to receive and process your return.

Can the ordered item be exchanged?

S-shaped does not currently offer exchanges - but full refunds! If you wish to exchange for a different size, color or model, please cancel the completed purchase contract and place a new order.

Free goods and B-goods are sold under exclusion of any warranty and are excluded from exchange.
