Returns

Returns must always be registered first – either via this contact form or by email to retoure@s-shaped.com. Inquiries sent to other email addresses cannot be processed.

Therefore, please do not simply return goods without prior registration, so that we can correctly assign and quickly process your return.

You can revoke your order within 14 days of receipt. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase – that's why we keep the process as uncomplicated as possible for you.

The cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer. We recommend shipping with tracking so that you can always see where your package is and the process remains transparent for you.

As soon as your return has been received there, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Please return the items, if possible, in their original packaging, complete and undamaged. This is not mandatory, but it helps us to process your return more quickly and efficiently.

Please do not send unpaid packages. Unpaid shipments incur additional costs and cannot be accepted by us.

As soon as we have received your return or you have sent us proof of shipment, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the payment method you used for the purchase.
